Maintenance Clean

For a home that is already in good shape and needs to stay that way.

This is the regular visit. We work through the rooms you live in hardest, in the same order, to the same standard, every time. It is deliberately not the longest list on this page, and that is the point. A maintenance clean is short because the initial clean did the heavy work first, and staying on top of a house takes far less time than catching up on one.

Kitchen and dining

  • Counters and surfaces wiped and sanitised
  • Stovetop cleaned, backsplash spot cleaned
  • Fronts of the appliances wiped down
  • Cabinet fronts and handles wiped
  • Sink and taps cleaned and polished
  • Floors vacuumed and washed

Bathrooms

  • Toilets, sinks, tubs and showers cleaned and disinfected
  • Behind the toilet and down the water line, where dust gathers
  • Toilet brush and plunger dusted and wiped, not just moved aside
  • Counters wiped and mirrors polished

  • Bins emptied and the room reset
  • Floors vacuumed and washed

Bedrooms and living areas

  • Surfaces, furniture and décor dusted
  • Ceiling fans dusted up high, baseboards down low
  • Beds made, or linens changed if you leave them out
  • Rooms tidied and put back in order

  • Front door wiped on both sides, including the outside face

Before we can keep a house on an even keel, it has to start level. This is that reset. It covers everything a maintenance clean does, and then goes after the things a few months of ordinary life quietly build up: grease behind the stovetop, hard water in the shower, dust on the blinds and along the tops of the baseboards. It usually runs about twice the length of a regular visit, and it only has to happen once.

  • Stovetop, backsplash and rangehood properly degreased
  • Inside the microwave
  • Top and sides of the fridge
  • Cabinet fronts detailed and built-up grease removed

Deep Clean

The same job as an initial clean, booked on its own.

One-offAbout twice as long

Sometimes you do not want a cleaner every second week. You want the house brought right back, once, and then you will take it from there. That is a deep clean. Same rooms, same depth, same amount of time as an initial clean. The only difference is that nothing is scheduled afterwards, so the new client discount does not apply.

Move In / Move Out

An empty house, so nothing gets skipped because furniture was in the way.

One-offFour hour minimum

This is the one job where we can genuinely get everywhere, because there is nothing left to work around. Every cabinet and drawer gets opened and cleaned inside. Closets, shelving and storage spaces too. It is the right clean for handing keys over, for meeting a condition of sale, or for walking into a place somebody else has just left.

We get inside things

Wiping the front of an appliance is easy. Emptying it, taking the shelves out and cleaning behind them is the part most people would rather not do, and it is the part that makes a house feel genuinely clean rather than tidy.

Inside the fridge, inside the oven and inside cabinets come as standard on a move out. On any other clean they are add-ons with a set price, so you can pick the ones that matter to you.

Commercial cleaning

We take commercial work as well as homes. Every commercial space is different, and so is the schedule that suits it, so this one is quoted for your premises rather than read off a list.

Tell us about the space, how often you would like us, and what matters most to you. We will come back with a price and a date, the same as we would for a home.

Every list on this page is a starting point, not a contract. If the bathrooms matter more to you than the spare room, say so and we will spend the time there instead. If you would rather we skipped a room entirely this visit, that is fine too. You are booking a block of careful work, and you get a say in where it goes.

Not sure whether you want an initial clean or a deep clean? They are the same job. Choose an initial clean if you would like us coming back on a schedule, and a deep clean if this is a one-off. If you are not certain, ask and we will point you the right way.

Common questions

What areas do you cover?

Wasaga Beach, Collingwood, Stayner, Barrie and the surrounding parts of Simcoe County. If you are a little further out, ask anyway. It is often still worth doing.

Do I need to supply cleaning products?

No. We arrive with everything, products and equipment both. If you would rather we used your own, that is completely fine, just have them out ready for us.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully insured for both residential and commercial work. Everyone who works here holds a police record check and is trained on safety before setting foot in a house.

How does pricing work?

Every home is quoted for the work it actually needs rather than priced off a chart. The quote is free and there is nothing to sign to get one. Every add-on price is listed in full on the pricing page.

Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?

Yes. Both are add-ons with set prices on any clean, and both come as standard on a move out.
