Pricing

Cleans are quoted for your actual home rather than priced off a chart. Add-ons have set prices, and every one of them is listed below.

How a quote works

No two houses take the same amount of time, so a fixed price list would be a guess dressed up as a number. Instead we look at yours and give you a real one.

You get a price for the job

Tell us about the house and what you would like done, and we come back with a figure for that work. It is free, and there is nothing to sign to get it.

What moves the number

The size of the home, the condition it is in when we arrive, how often you would like us back, which add-ons you choose, and how far we travel to reach you.

Regular visits cost less

A maintained house takes less time than a neglected one, so recurring clients pay less per visit than a one-off would cost. That is the whole reason the initial clean exists.

New clients

20% off your first clean

The initial clean is the long first visit that brings a house up to a standard we can then keep. It is the appointment that costs the most, so we take a fifth off it when you book recurring service.

After that, visits are shorter and cost less, because keeping a house is far quicker than catching one up.

Add-ons

These sit outside the standard checklists and are priced per item, so you can add exactly what you want and nothing you do not. Each one also adds time to the appointment, so tell us up front and we will book the extra time in.

Organising

Pantries and linen closets are quoted by the hour rather than by the item, because organising is genuinely hard to price sight unseen. Tell us what you are working with and we will give you a figure before we start.
